The boat is yours
Whether you’re exploring as tourists, celebrating with friends, or teambuilding with the office, we offer private tour experiences tailored to suit every occasion and interest.
Our present fleet comprises three top-of-the-line 31-Foot Grand D950 RIB boats with 12 seats each, allowing a party size up to 36 at a time. If you’re a larger group, please reach out and we can inquire with our contacts about adding additional capacity.
Every tour in our catalogue can be personalized and customized to your own desires and needs. Prices are listed per boat and based on the tour starting and ending in the Stavanger area. Upon request we can pick you up and drop you off somewhere else, but this may incur a price increase.
With private tours, we do not conduct any immediate or automatic transactions. Purchases are made by sending a request which we will respond to ASAP. We’ll then make the necessary arrangements and add your tour to our calendar. The payment process is subsequently done through invoice.
All purchases made have a 24-hour free rescheduling or cancellation window. If you’re travelling on a cruise, we will also offer a full refund if your ship fails to berth.
Private Lysefjord Sightseeing
All the attractions of our signature Lysefjord Sightseeing tour on your own schedule and with the whole boat to yourself.

FLØRLI 4444
This tour will take you on an extraordinary hike up the world's longest wooden staircase, the iconic Flørli 4444 steps.
Duration: 7 Hours (2½ Hour RIB Tour, 4½ Hour Hike)
Suitable for ages: 6+
Difficulty: Medium, requires moderate fitness for the hike.
Price: 17 900 NOK Per Boat
Prerequisites: All necessary equipment to participate in the boat tour is provided. Bring appropriate clothing and shoes for the hike.
Searafting
Embark on an exhilarating 600 Horsepower fueled roller-coaster ride atop the ocean waves.
Duration: 1 Hour Tour

Bachelor Party with Bubbles
Set the stage for an unforgettable evening with our sparkling Searafting tour for Bachelor parties – the ultimate pregame on the sea.

Sightseeing & Restaurant
Celebrate you occasion with a Lysefjord trip topped off with a restaurant visit to Naustene at Bersagel. Feast your eyes, then eye a feast.
Duration: Approximately 4 Hours (1 Hour 45 min RIB Tour)

Difficulty: Easy, appropriate for most travelers
Price: 15 900 NOK Per Boat (excluding restaurant tab)

Custom Tour
It’s called the open sea for a reason, if you’ve got your heart set on a horizon, we’ll bring it to you. Our next adventure is created by you.
Price: Our standard rate for Custom Tours is 7900 NOK per. hour of driving per. boat + 1290 NOK per. hour of waiting per. boat.
Prerequisites: All necessary equipment to participate in the boat tour is provided.
Boat-for-Hire
In addition to leisure tours, Stavanger RIB also offers boat-for-hire services. Whether you require water transport, safety and support vessels, search and recovery support, or film and media production support, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Price: Our standard rate for boat-for-hire jobs is 7900 NOK per. hour of driving per. boat + 1290 NOK per. hour of waiting per. boat.

Meeting Point
We meet all our travelers at Strandkaien 37 (4005 Stavanger), which is right by the innermost floating dock in the Stavanger city harbor. All our boats are brilliant white with 'Stavanger RIB' clearly painted on the side.
Please meet up 15 minutes before the listed starting time of your tour to receive all necessary equipment along with a safety briefing.

If you need any help finding us, the Stavanger fish market, a one-story glass building with triangular roofs, is right beside our meeting point, locals will know where it is. Nearby there is also a rather large stone pillar with an abstract steel statue on top that is clearly visible from a significant distance, give us a call and we can meet you there should you get lost.
There are plenty of benches nearby where you can sit and take in the bustling life at the harbor if you arrive too early for your tour. Should it start raining, there are also parasols between these benches which you are allowed to open to keep yourself dry.
There will generally also be one or more people at the dock taking walk-up sales wearing clothing clearly marked with 'Stavanger RIB', if you see them, you know you've come to the right place. You can also feel free to ask them any last-minute questions about your tour.
