Terms of Use: Acceptance of risk and confirmation that passengers are aware of the safety instructions, risk factors, and rules for participation.
By booking and participating in this RIB tour, I/we confirm:
- Everyone on board has read and understands the safety instructions and rules.
- All passengers participate voluntarily, knowing there are risks involved.
- Each person is responsible for acting safely to avoid injuries or dangerous situations.
- Everyone will listen carefully to instructions given before and during the trip.
- You understand the tour involves risks such as waves, high speeds, and driving in formation.
- No one has serious back problems, osteoporosis, or similar conditions. For those with health issues, we may offer customized tours if requested in advance.
- Pregnant women beyond the first trimester are not allowed to participate.
- If there are children under 14, we need to be informed. They must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Safety Information
- Children must be at least 5 years old to join.
- Each passenger is responsible for helping to keep the trip safe.
- Passengers must ensure that their suit fits tightly around arms, legs, and waist.
- Life jackets have a whistle. To use it, pull the red cord on the right side.
- When going over large waves, lean your body slightly forward, toward your legs.
- Hold tightly to the handles in front of your seat with both hands.
- Notify the captain by raising your hand if you feel uncomfortable, scared, tired, or want to slow down or stop.
- Notify the captain by raising your hand if you notice someone else looking uncomfortable, scared, tired, or need the boat to slow down or stop.
- If someone falls into the water, notify the captain immediately by raising your hand and keep an eye on them.
- Do not bend down or lean toward other passengers while the boat is moving.
- Stay aware of your surroundings and act responsibly.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the tour.
- Never leave your seat while the boat is in motion or without instructions from the captain, especially in an emergency.
