Terms and Conditions Agreement for Stavanger RIB
These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Stavanger RIB. By engaging in any rib-boat tours or related activities offered by Stavanger RIB, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Safety and Liability:
a. Stavanger RIB prioritizes your safety. Please follow all safety instructions provided by our captains during the tour.
b. Stavanger RIB is not liable for any injuries, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the tour, except where negligence on our part is proven.
c. Participants must acknowledge and assume any risks associated with the rib-boat tour, including but not limited to weather conditions, unforeseen events, and actions of other participants.
d. Stavanger RIB is committed to ensuring that cruise tourists return to their ship in time for departure. We carefully monitor cruise schedules and will adapt our tours to prevent delays. However, Stavanger RIB cannot be held liable for any missed ship departures.
Reservations and Cancellations:
a. Reservations can be made in advance through our website, our business partners, or by contacting Stavanger RIB directly. The reservation is subject to availability.
b. Cancellations made by the participant must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour to be eligible for a refund.
c. For customers who have booked a tour in advance with the expectation of arriving in the Stavanger region via cruise ship, Stavanger RIB will offer a full refund for their booking in the event that the scheduled berthing of their ship is cancelled, even if this cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window stipulated for regular cancellations.
d. Stavanger RIB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Age and Health Requirements:
a. Participants must be at least 6 years old to join the rib-boat tour. Minors below the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
b. Participants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the rib-boat tour. It is the participant's responsibility to assess their fitness for the tour.
Conduct and Regulations:
a. Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Stavanger RIB staff during the tour.
b. Participants must treat fellow participants, staff, and property with respect. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
Intellectual Property:
a. Stavanger RIB retains all intellectual property rights associated with its services, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and other promotional material.
Privacy:
a. Stavanger RIB respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
By participating in any rib-boat tour or related activities with Stavanger RIB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding with the tour.
